We offer a 7-day return policy for a full refund on your items. You will have 7 days from the time your product is "delivered" via your tracking information to request a return.
Returns

To start your return process, please email hello@saltycub.com and be sure to include "RETURNING MY ORDER" in the subject line. In the body of the email please include your full name associated with your order, your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and the reason why you would like to return the item(s).

If your order return is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that you are responsible for all fees associated with returning the item back to us. This includes, but is not limited to shipping fees, and/or packaging fees. Any original shipping fees paid for when ordering your product will be non-refundable.

Once you receive shipping instructions from us, you will have 7 days to send/ship your order back to us. Once we receive your package, it must be post marked no more than 7 days after you received return instructions from us to receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in BRAND NEW CONDITION. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed. Items must also be free of pet hair, stains, odors, and must include the original tag/labels.

All items that did not first request approval, or that were denied approval will NOT be accepted and a refund will NOT be issued.

You will be notified once we've received and inspected your return. If the return is accepted, we will issue you a refund automatically to your original payment method. Please note that if your product comes back in unacceptable condition, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
If your return is accepted, please note that your refund could take up to a few weeks based upon your bank's timeline in posting refunds to your account. Please understand that we do not have control on how fast your refund is posted to your account.
Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an exclusive exchange process. To make an exchange, you must first send back the original item through our return process. Once the return is accepted, please place a new order for your new size.
Final Sale Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for clearance items, or items that are marked "Final Sale" in the item's description.
Damaged Items

In the rare occurrence that your items have been lost/damaged or there is an issue with your items. Please notify us ASAP! We are a small business and want to make it right if you receive an item that is not up to our standards.

Please email hello@saltycub.com within 3 days of your item/s being marked "delivered." In your email make sure the subject includes "damaged item," as well as at least 1 photo of the damaged item in which the damage is visible.

**Please note that any damages caused by NOT following our care instructions will NOT be eligible for a refund. Care instructions are located in each product's description, or on the care label of the item. Please be conscious of all care to your products, as it is your responsibility to read our instructions, or ask us if you have any questions regarding the care for your items.**
Lost Items

If your item has been marked as "delivered," but you have not received it, or it has been lost in transit, please file a complaint with your local post office or UPS. Salty Cub is NOT responsible for any items lost or undelivered to you as we are a small online business. We do everything that we can to ensure that your products are delivered to you. Any lost or undelivered items are completely out of our control and therefore are not subject to a refund. You will need to use the links below to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
